How long is a food hygiene course valid for.
I did one 3 years ago but someone told me we need to re do this every three years.

I did one 3 years ago but someone told me we need to re do this every three years.
As far as I know there is no set time but most environmental officers seem to say every three years is good practice to keep you up to date and info fresh in your mind. :)

on my certificate I got this week is says that it is valid for 3 years.

I've just re-done mine using the virtual college and the discount provided by the forum. It is very easy to understand and I passed :)
