I have just taken over running a local Playgroup, we have gone from having about 12 children attending to 38 is are highest number so far, I am really proud of the group and am loving the challenge. Running the group has made me realise I do have a flare for organising activities, I love making things and creating messy play. I would love to work in a pre-school but don't think I would want to be tied down to a full time job, does anyone work in pre-school Part time and as a Childminder. Hannah

I work 3 full days childminding and 2 days in Childrens Centres as a practitioner. At one of the preschools I take my mindees to one of the assistants works there every morning and takes one or two children home with her from there to provide continuity of care for the parents as she is a registered childminder
