Just stumbled across this thread what a great idea :)

I started eating healthy last thursday and cut down portions and 'bad' foods etc....so far, so good :D
I have struggled with my weight since being in a relationship with a man who loves his food. Been on WW's before lost and then gained more....this happened about 5 times :(

So here I am again and after reading the superb Dee's Diary :) I thought I'd say hello and join in with you.

I have a lot of weight to lose - I am talking many stones :( But I WILL do it...I hope.

Dee is doing fantastic and Lana is also doing ok and I know Carol has lost a stone

Im like a yo yo up and down all the time but doing ok at the moment
