This is taking place at The Interchange in Conwy on 1st October 2011 and is open to all NCMA members. We have a great programme planned including a discussion led by the Care Council for Wales (these are the people who endorse qualifications for childminders in Wales), we have a short discussion on the progress of the possible devolution of NCMA Cymru and we have a fab afternoon workshop where we will review the new National Minimum Standards and share ideas on changes which need to be made to your practice.
If you have never been to a forum before I can assure you you will be met with a warm welcome and it is an opportunity to talk about issues that directly affect you. The Director of NCMA Cymru will be in attendance to answer any questions and I will be there as your newly elected Board member.
