I bought this set of 12 books bit by bit last year as they were issued monthly, with the intention of getting my then 12/13 yr old DS to read them - he is rather a reluctant reader :rolleyes:
They are fast paced, written like a diary counting down the days of the year as the adventure pans out.
He has never read them - will give it another go sometime - but I have :blush:
Once I read the first I just had to read on and think they would be good for 10-14 yr old boys particularly reluctant ones who need a fast paced book to keep their attention (but good for girls and me too :laughing: ))
I got my Book People mag through yesterday and the whole set of 12 books is £9.99 plus postage if under £25 total order (?) also online
Thought I would share if there are any parents whose child/mindee would like this sort of thing.
