Hi sorry it's me again,

just filling out my booklet preparing for pre reg visit and have this question which I'm not sure what to put (think i may be over complicating the question and now cant see the wood for trees!)

"What information will you need to gain from parents before you start caring for a child?"

Can you help please?

Names, address, dates of birth, who has parental responsibility. The childs likes/dislikes, any allergies, ongoing medication, dietary needs. To name a few :)

As what FussyElmo says, but also, do you have young children of your own if you do think of the things you would want to tell someone else if they were to look after them for you, comforters, special words, routine etc.
