ofsted variation help

Hello all, not been on here for a while been too busy childminding :laughing:
I was just looking for some advice really, ive had two enquirys this week both wanting the same day, child A 9-1 Aged (3), Child B 12-6 aged (18mths) i already have two more that do 7-5 aged (3) and 9-3 (7mths) on the same day my quiery is that would ofsted allow me to have a variation to cover going over my numbers for 1 hour between Child A and B finishing and starting sessions? and how would i go about applying for a variation, sorry if ive confused you all but i think im confusing my self

Suggest you email them and ask. When I asked for a similar variation I was told no because it was not continuity of care but others on the forum seem to have got variations in similar circumstances so I would go ahead and ask
