I have 2 mindees who attend the same pre-school as my dd. What do you do to share information for the EYFS? Do we ask to see their folders, have meetings??? have no idea how to go about it at all!!!!!

Make contact with them and ask them how they go about sharing info about the child's learning and development with childminders.
Keep copies of all letters including notes if they say things verbally as evidence for Ofsted.
Try and get hold of newsletters - they are a good way of sharing and finding out what's going on.
Also know the child's key worker name and make contact directly with him/ her.
