Please Help

My property has a large communal garden just trying to work out how
to risk asses it do i need parental permission for the children to go out there?

I would risk assess it like an outing as its not wholely your space treat it like a visit to the park. I wouldn't ask for permission to use it it is your garden and as long as the children are always supervised that should be fine.
