What are the qualifications required to become a live out Nanny in South Wales.

As far as I am aware their are no specific qualifications. It is down to the parents who areemploying to set a standard. We had 3 small children near me cared for by a nanny who had no formal qualifications when she started. The parents put her on First Aid.

My friends daughter is looking into it but cannot find any info, such as how much they would get paid. Do you know if the parents would have to pay the minimum wage?

As she would be an employee it should be at least minimum wage, the parents normally arrage PAYE on the wages. Live-ins earn a bit less but their board & lodgings are taken into account too which would make it at least minimum wage again.
