I'd like to be quieter in hols too, but just not possible.

School runs feel like it was years ago.... i'll probably be hating them too by next week :)

I have only been doing a pre-school run for one mindee since March. He starts school this month and leaves me on 15th September. He has been with me for 3 years so I'll really miss him. He's joining his 9yo brother at the Out of School Club.

So unless I get any new starters in pre-school or school I'll have no school runs for a year, until the 2 LO's I still have start pre school.

It will feel very strange as I've been doing school runs for 20 years. My own DD was just starting school when I registered in 1991. She's 24 now.

I will miss my 11 year old daughter loads, she has been a great help, on the other hand my 8 ear old boy has been a bored boisterous and a jealous bum on many occasions, he certainly needs some normality so looking forward to getting back to school lol

i dont want them to go back to school,, have had a lovley holidays with just the under 5's, school run from wedneday but only one schoolie to pick up, infact all the littlies will be gone by 2.30pm each day so i will only have one child from 3-5pm each day:eek: I am used to have at least 6 but some have left over the hols due to parents leaving work or collage.
