New laptop

Hi all,
My laptop died, not economical to repair so I will purchase a new one, its soley used for childminding. Can i claim the full expense and where do I put it on my tax return (annual investment allowance??) or just put it down as expenditure along with other items I purchase like food, toys etc.

yes 100%...I claimed mine {there is another laptop and pc for the family}

Mine was £199 so claimed as a normal expense...not AIA!

Yes, annual investment allowance (assuming you will earn enough to pay tax this year) :D
