I have just a received a text from a family I had to visit in the week. Its to fill my last part time spot and whilst i've had plenty of interest- i would like to work with this family in particular.

She says 'Hi X. Just to let you know we are off on holiday and back in a few weeks. So will be in touch re child minding for X upon our return once DH and I have had a good chat re our options. Hope u are well, X.

So I'm just looking for a bright and breezy text to reply, cheers!

Have a lovely time all of you! I look forward to hearing from you when you get back. If you have any questions in the meantime don't hesitate to get in touch.

Sarah's right on the button as usual!
I always say 'look forward to hearing from you' too. Or seeing you if I have a prospective parent coming.
I think it sounds like you are genuinely interested in their family and not just treating them as one of many.
