Please help me,

A mum just in contact ask if I can look after her twins boys age just 12 weeks! I know we only allowed 1 under 1. So I rang ofsted and they going to send me a form, and that I need to do new risk assessment?
Does anybody ever done this before ? What actualy we need to do? Or prepare?

Thank you, and appologise if I put in the wrong room ;)

You need to write out for ofsted how you will cope with 2 children of that age. Therefore do you have

double buggy
2 x highchairs
2 x travel cots
sterilising
bottles
feeding
nappy changing routine
getting out of the house
school run if any
what you will do if you need the toilet or need to make food/change bums etc Will you leave one in the travel cot while you take the other etc
