How do you do a contract review?

I've got NCMA contracts and it's coming up to review time... how do I do this?

you invite parent in, go through the contract. does anything need changing? change it (if you agree). if it's all to stay the same, just re-sign and re-date it. simples
oh, if you've changed any policies or authority forms since the original contract, get those signed too.

There is only space to resign for one contract review though - so what happens next year?

just sign and date anywhere you can around it. stick an address label overleaf or something and continue
