lascal buggy board connectors

Hi, I'm asking again as I'm still hunting...
I got a free lasca maxi buggy board without connectors (but with wheels) from freecycle.
The person said I could get the connectors for a few quid on ebay.
The only ones I can find are 'buy it now' universal ones for £21

All the 2nd hand buggy boards are going for the same price!!

Does anyone have any ideas where I can find decently priced connectors?
Much appreciated. I'm desperately trying to curtail my mindee spending....

hi i got mine from a local baby shop called kiddies, he only charged me £5 so maybe worth trying smaller baby shops,:)

I am pretty sure I got mine from Kiddicare or somewhere like that. In fact I need some more now as the spare set went to the tip on a single buggy! I wasn't happy when I realised :(
