Significant event to tell ofsted:- a partner moving in or out, one of your own children changing age groups or becoming 16 when they would need a crb, any changes to the building extentsions etc, any serious accidents resulting in a visit to the a+e, outbreak of food poisoning, any serious illness to yourself, a new baby being born, change of name if you get married.

A suitable environment is one with space to play and resources appropriate to the ages and stages of children.

good luck :D

suitable environment, one you have risk assessed before visiting or on arrival. throw that magic word in there..... risk assessment....... even if you forget to write one explain how you would deem an area safe.
