I am feeling really quite dense at the moment. :( I am trying to decipher all the different areas of childcare. Can anyone tell me the difference between Birth to three matters and the EYFS, or are they the same thing?

Birth to 3 matters no longer exists.
The Eyfs is the statutory and guidance requirements for young children.
The Childcare register is the legislation for older children.
