what policies go to parents?

I am in the middle of finishing writing all my policies but seem to have a lot. Just wondered if you all give your parents copies to keep, or if you keep the one they signed or what happens? Any suggestions please?

I send them a disc with all my P&P's on. I then get the to sign a letter which has all the P&P's listed, stating that they have read them all and agree to abide by them.

I email them all to my parents and get them to sign one sheet with a list of them to say they have received, read and agree with them
