Attendance and allowable expenses

Hi. When calculating my gas/electric etc do I calculate it on their contracted hours or what they actually attend for that week. Eg LO turned up at 8.10 each morning but is contracted and pays from 8am.
Still trying to get my head round it all now I have mn NCMA accounts book.

Do your contracted hours.

I look at the gas for heating that I put it on ready for them to come at contracted time. Also if they don't turn up I have heated the house.

I'm the same as Debbie I calculate on Contracted hours. I have heated the house and paid the insurances even if they are not there.
