Evening everyone

I've just had my parents' questionnaire returned and on the 'happy with format' section the parents have requested a fortnightly email update or meeting just to discuss progress/development/issues. Do any of you do this and how would I go about this? Or is it more like a newsletter do you think?

The rest of the questionnaire was very positive and there were some lovely comments :)

What do you do for them at the moment. termly or monthly reviews perhaps?
Think I would ask them to be a bit more specific about what it is they want to know, and why that timescale as tbh I would have thought that there's not an awful lot that happens in a fortnight that warrants a discussion, that wouldn't be included in the collection time chat or diary etc.
I would try to do an email update fortnightly perhaps but I don't think I would want to be giving up my time for meetings on such a regular basis. Just my opinion as I don't like having more than a brief chat if I have children present so I might ask if they would be happy to have a monthly update.

I do a newsletter once a month but sometimes we have not much to say

If they want email update then I would do that if you are happy with it

What did you decide to do Helen ?
