Hiya!

It states that we must make the following available to parents:

Information about the activities the children will undertake.

I write in a diary every day for my 18mth old who I look after and talk to the parents about what we have been doing etc... I have planning that is in his file which obviously they can see whenever they want....

Is that enough or does that statement mean they want me to give a copy of the planning to the parents each week about what they will be doing? The thing is most days it can change cause I follow what he wants to do? I was thinking when I do 'monthly themes' I will then pass on the activities we will be covering over the month to the parents...does that sound ok?

Thanks in advance :o) xx

Think you do more than enough only thing I do different is I give each new family a list if toy/activities I do split down into eyfs themes/areas of learning.

The childcare register covers older children once they are out of the Eyfs!

It is not relevant for babies :D
