I am going to start doing this with new mindees - last family had weekly fee averaged out over year (never ever again - another story!!)

I was going to buy one of those duplicate books and date the top - list times/fees and sign meaning i would have a copy and give parents one.

Would love to know how everyone else does it though .

Hi there!

I have a duplicate book and I write it out as follows

E.G
Invoice for August
Hours each day: 8am - 6pm @ £4 per hour = £40

Wednesday 3rd @ £40
Thursday 4th @ £40
Tuesday 9th @ £40
Wednesday 10th@ £40
bla bla bla etc

Total = £350
Due 3rd August please

I made an excel type template, I input the hourly rate the dates and number of hours and it calculates it for me. I issue invoices mid month and base it on contracted hours, plus any additional hours I know of. Then any more additional hours added of not used get added or knocked off the next invoice in a section at the bottom.
