"Hi i saw ur advert on gumtree. I'm looking 4 a girl 4 an hour. Will pay cash xx"

Does this sound genuine or a pervert?

I put a camera on gumtree and you have no idea the amount of dodgy e mails I had...from nigerians with brothers in this country to blokes wanting me to deliver the camera to a hotel room in Newcastle for a "fee" :eek: I wont use it again

I advertised on gumtree back a few weeks ago and had someone said they needed care for their daughter but wanted to pay me upfront by paypal or into my bank. I asked a few questions but they kept saying please give me full price and i will pay you asap. Yeah like i don't know my bank details are linked to my paypal. funnily enough I didn't get an e-mail back when i replied saying i didn't think he was genuine and i had forwarded his email to the fraud protection team who would trace his IP address even if he deletes his e-mail address.:laughing:

oh and i did have one back last year when i rang up about a mothers helper job and 'the father' was saying it was because he was going away for a few months so the mother would need help with the 3 children because they were a hand full and after we were discussing hourly rates and that he suddenly asked me if i would like to model and i said no (i seriously don't have the figure!) then he started saying he would pay me £15 a hour to model topless:eek: . i put the phone down. my uncle wanted to ring him back up and give him a peice of his mind!

My mum had one a few years back saying that someone had been caught bringing £100,000,000 into the country for her and she had to ring a number which was for the 'British embassy' and they would release the money to her and if she didn't she would be arrested!:cool:

I have had several asking if I can help them out by allowing them to transfer their money to my account and they would pay me for it, trouble is some people really fall for this sort of thing. :(
