Hi all,
Just wanted to share my good news. I've just got my first permanent contract! I'm so happy. It doesn't actually start until September as mummy is still on mat leave but it's a start. They came round yesterday and were with me for two hours. I went through absolutely everything on my check list and they asked various questions etc. I sent them away with my pack which included 20 policies and sample menus. They've spent time reading them and called me half an hour ago to say they were so impressed with everything and that they want me to be their daughter's childminder! At least I now know I'm doing things right and that's thanks to so many people on here who have given advice - especially Sarah Neville.
