WIDE STAIR GATE?

Can anyone recommend a very wide stair gate (need 135 cms width) to block off archway into kitchen. Mothercare is not clear enough about which extensions go with which gates and daren't buy blind...!

Need by Wednesday and [panicking!

Baby Dan and Lindem both do extra wide and you used to be able to get extension poles as well, amazon and e bay usually have them.

Thanks, do you know if Lindam extending design (102) will fit the extensions as we need both - 135 is wide, Cant fiind out from the adverts sorry.

Lindam gates only go to about 90 cms even with extenders (cant remember exactly how much even though I just looked them up!)

if not, all the gates on kiddicare have width sizes so you can get a better idea xx

Thank you - yes that looks a good option too.

I have just ordered from Argos the Lindam 'easy fit plus' (80cm) and 4 of the 7cm extenders but it doesn't add up as they say it fits an opening to 137cms!...and 80 plus 28 doesn't make 137!!!

Has anyone tried this?

Buying it anyway in the hope that the advert is right!!
Maybe the extenders go further than the 7cms?????

sorry - have sorted this now....found Lindam extenders of 28 cms on safe tots!
