am confused

I have 3 children two are a the early years but my daughter start full-time school in sept.
my certificate clearly states i can have 3 children under 8; of these,not more then 1 may be in the early years age group not more then 1 under years which i have already got a aby booked for sept.

when caring for 4-5 years old in full-time education, may increase the numbers in the early years age group by the numer of children in full- time education, providing the maximum number is not exceeded

the question am asking can i have two 4 years old who are in full-time education and the baby at one time.

Not more than 1 in the early years group... so as soon as the 4 year olds are in full time, 10 sessions a week school they come out of the early years group and then you can have another child to fill their place.
