graded inspection next week - soooo nervous

I think I am ok but panicking now that I might have missed something/displaying info in wrong order and what will I do with my mindee and my own two children when Mrs O visits. Its my first one and not sure what to expect, have read on here guess just looking to share how I am feeling - petrified!

Remember inspectors are only human! They have good days and bad days and understand that children (and childminders) are the same.

Try not to do anything different with the children they will sense it and likely play up.

Stay calm, make sure you explain that if the inspector can't see something she should ask rather than assume you haven't got it... and smile :D

It is daunting. Just go with the flow and follow the childrens lead. You will be exhausted when she leaves from all that OVER talking to both her and the children, but it will be worth it. Good luck!
