How do you deal with all the policies / forms that parents need to see?
Don't they have to sign that they've read them all? Do you hand out just a few or a whole file that you keep in your home or a disc...what works for youi?

newby starting out so avice much appreciated

I made an A5 booklet with all the policies and give it to them when they sign the contracts. I also make them sign that they have received it. I draw attention to sickness, complaints, and being late to collect the child policies but I say they should read all of them. Most will sit and read through before they sign.

Once contracts are signed I give parents copies of all my P&P's and at the same time get them to sign a form saying that they have read and understood them.

Good idea to get them to sign that they ' have read, agree to and have received a copy of all your Policies'
