Just being nosey really!!
I worked as a Nanny untill September last year and then Childminded from October, so obviously they used all my tax free allowance (would normally work out the same anyway but we agreed a NET wage, so they saved a bit of money) but ......... as its a new tax year now, when I do next year's accounts I will get all the tax free allowance, but what happens if for example you waitress/work in tesco for a few hours each evening or somethin?

Does anyone do this and how does it effect your forms?

You just have to fill in a longer tax return to show your taxed income and untaxed from Childminding... it's not that complicated and there is a helpline to talk you through it when the time comes :D

I worked in a pub fro a while during a quiet childminding time and all I had to do was fill in an extra sheet with my employed earnings (I had to request it from the tax office). As I was paying higher rate tax on the employed earnings the tax office sent a cheque through with a reimbursement about christmastime:) . It wasn't hard to do:)
