specific inspector reports on the Ofsted website?
Some people have recommended that as I know the name of my inspector to have a look at her recent reports - but how on earth do I find them!!??

I don't think there is a way. Has she done inspections around your area? You could search on Ofsted using your local postcodes and see if you can find some.

I think your suppose to put your post code in and then search all the inspections below yours ... not sure how long that would take and if it really will make a difference.

Just find reports for your area then sift through them until you find some by your inspector - it takes hours!

Sometimes if you google the inspectors name you will get a link to some of their reports.
The only other way is to trawl through reports in your area until you find some by her or to ask other local cm's if any of them have had her and can give you any tips.
