can any one help with this!! got my new cert today.

my ofsted certificate says:

* may care for no more then 3 children under 8, not more than 1 may be in the ey age group and none under the age of 1.

* when caring for 4 or 5 year old children in full time education, may increase the number in the ey age group by the number of children in full time education, providing the max number is not exceeded



so basically if i want to take on a 2 year old and 4 year old (in ft ed) can i do this??
so confused pls help xx

Yes you can cos only the 2yr old will count in your EY numbers & the 4yr old will be one of your under 8's:thumbsup:
