What do I do/provide?

Mindee who I have from 0730 until 1230, (then goes to nursery attached to primary school) five days a week, is leaving in a couple of weeks. I've looked after her since September last year.

Nursery have provided school with everything from their perspective, but I'm wondering what I need to:

a) provide to school (if anything), and
b) what do I give to mum?

Give mum the childs Learning Journey.
I give leavers a disc with all their photos on and do a small photo album sumarizing their time with me and with picures of the other mindees, their friends (with parents permission).

I give the learning journey..... tied up with a nice book as a gift...... I don't keep photos after printing them so don't do a disc or photo album,

i give it to parents, nothing required for nursery/school I don't think,
