i am needing the template of sef to be done daily. weekly and monthly.

There is a blank SEF in free resources at the top of the forum.

I am not sure what you mean by weekly, monthly etc... you add to it as you do new things or change your provision there's no fixed timetable.

I just put a date and then a note of what has happened on mine.
