NCMA accounts record of payment

I have only been childminding for just under 2 months and am trying to get my accounts in order. 2 of my mindees are brothers and I charge a reduced fee for them both together. How do I put this in my accounts book? Do I have to put them both in separately and divide the fee by 2, or can I put both children on together on the same line?

I put siblings together because the whole payment comes from the same family.

Also in the back of the accounts book where the parents sign I put siblings together on one page.

Same here siblings go together, i dont worry about the split of the money just record what is received.
