Im unsure of what to put !

I am trying to write a parents pack to give to them when they first come to visit me, i know after they have signed the contracts they get all the p + p under the sun, but im unsure exactly what to put in the first one !

Can anyone help please ???

In mine i have put about myself & family, qualifications, courses i have attended, sickness, fees, holidays, etc.

I was unsure when to give mine out to parents, as when i went to visit another CM before even thinking of registering as one myself, i was told i would receive one when i registered my children.

I haven't done much - I give them a brochure which explains briefly who I am and what I offer, and a A4 sheet detailing fees etc. I let parents look at my policies when they visit, and say that I'll email them all if they choose to put their child with me. I've only had two parents visit so far but I can't have done that badly as both have decided to use my service :) Good luck!
