Development Matters....

I have printed off development matters sheets for each of my children.When filling in the evidence section will an observation be adequate or do i need photo's,video or a piece of work....

It's a mixture really of short and long obs, photos, individual planning notes, information from home and other settings, comments made by the child...

Everything goes together to build into a learning journey which also allows you to evidence a child's progression through the development matters ages and stages information :D

I put notes on mine to say where the evidence has come from (eg. mum, playgoup and the date) or where it is in the learning journey (eg. daily diary)
