HELP PLEASE - Unit 3 Questions A & B

Can anyone help with these last two questions please.
Unit 3, questions A & B.

B-Analyse the importance of working with other professionals in the interest of the child.
A-Evaluate the role of the reflective practitioner.

I know roughly what I want to include, I have bullet points of things I feel should be included but I just can't seem to put it into words without it sounding like a list.

Can anyone help please?

Evaluate the role of the reflective practitioner

State how you are reflective - childminders are reflective because we do audits and our SEF and are constantly looking at the activities we plan, the resources we have etc and evaluating them.

We involve parents / children etc in our reflections... etc. Anything you do when you look back and consider whether you are succeeding / doing well / doing badly etc.

Then talk about how it is worth while not only from Ofsted's point of view but also to improve outcomes for all children.

Consider why reflection might not be a good idea - that's part of evaluation as well. So is it taking you away from the children? Does it feed back into outcomes - how do you make sure?
