Last week I posted about a call I'd had from a mother about looking after her baby. I'd got all flustered and forgot to take any details.....she never turned up for the appointment anyway!!!!

Donnahay0 suggested having a printed form with all important information to fill in on it. ie name, phone number etc.....

Well I did this and today I had another enquiry. Out comes my form, I fill in all the details and the lady came around at 4pm. Very positive, would like to use me, needs to clarify hours with her boss. She's going to call me next Friday with details.:clapping: :clapping:

So, the point of this is to say THANK YOU to Donnahay for the suggestion. It made a big difference to my confidence having all the info right infront of me!!:thumbsup:

well done for filling a place.... im without mindies for the first time in 2 n half yrs... and i dunno what to do with my self....


seems that at the moment most people are using day nurseries1!!!
