I have a new mindee coming to look round on Friday morning but I am more nervouse then ever with this one the mindees mum is a nanny. I can expect her to have lots of questions!! :panic:

I wouldn't be worried she is just a mum like any other. it will be fine.

I am so critical of myself and I like to worry over the smallest thing.

I have an unexpected free afternoon tommorrow and was planning a big toy shuffle so hopefully things will still be nice a fresh when she comes.

I wouldnt worry, nannies dont follow eyfs, the only way they would know much about it is if they have worked in a nursery in the last few years

My first 2 mums were nursery nurses and it was fine. Didn't have to ramble on about eyfs too much as they knew all about it lol. I would just carry on as if it was anyone else! Good luck x

my new mum (baby starting sept) is head of early years, reception, y1 and y2 at the school she works at :eek:
