CYPOP5 Home-based childcare course?

Hey has anybody else doing or done this course im currently on PRJ6 Produce a charter for parents/carers which include the following:

•An explanation of the importance of partnership with parents for all aspects of the childcare service
•A description of how partnership with parents are set up and maintained
•An explanation of how routines are based on:

-Meeting a child’s needs
-Agreements with parents
-Participation of children

•An explanation of how routines would be adapted to meet the needs of children at different ages and stages of development
•An explanation of how to ensure that each child is welcomed and valued in the home based work setting [Edit] [Delete]

Im really struggling how to word it :huh: my assessor told me to write it as a report my im really confused any help would be REALLY appreciated! :)

I wrote it down as if I was explaining it to parents face to face eg:

As the parent.....
As your child’s minder.....
