Oh noooooo!!!!!! ok, don't panic - check the car again, it might have fallen right under the seat or something and ask your friend to re-check everywhere she can at her house....good luck!!!! Let us know if poor ol' Larry crops up somewhere x

Oh no, poor you and mindee too!

I agree though, don't panic, get your searching goggles on (and your friend too). My mindee has lost his "Wabbit" a million times. It has occasionally been thrown out of the buggy but usually it has been put under the sofa, in the toy oven, in the book box, in someones shoes, my bag, lunchbox, behind the curtains - I've lost track of all the places this rabbit has been found.

Cheering you on, I'm sure you'll find it.

I nearly lost mindees Monkey when he had only been with me two days. Mum had stressed to me that it was the 'be all and end all' this blooming monkey.
We'd walked to school and then gone to the park. Realised it was missing by lunchtime for snooze. he was becoming quite hysterical.

Went for a search... couldn't find it.... he'd only tucked it in one of the toy boxes

God I could have written this thread ten times over lol. Check changing bag. Under sofa , under cushions, under.car seats in your kitchen, in your toy box, behind tv, bathroom, then under sofa again. I hate mindees bringing teddies lol. Uv ended up buying replicas on e bay

my mindee has Blue Bear. He sometimes puts it to sleep under the sofa cover, in a big toy truck, back of the little tikes car............

I now put it away for sleep time and let him have one of mine for play

baby sister should be starting soon - she has a rabbit

Oh no!!! I know how you feel - I lost a mindees monkey once - I nearly had a breakdown looking for the damn thing. I eventually found it under the front seat of my car.

From that day forward, I always attached monkey to a wrist strap and tied him to the child!!!!!

I lost mindees teddy the other week. Fortunately for me he was on a grass verge about 10 minutes from my house and was fine. Mindee hadn't noticed.

Then we lost DD's bunny in ASDA near my in-laws house a few days later. Cue much searching, didn't find it, asked at customer services - nothing. Left my phone number, no call was forthcoming. DH rang eventually, it had been found and was waiting to be collected - we had to send FIL to go and collect it. Fortunately we have a spare (which has had an 'adventure' on a previous occasion)

Don't worry OP - these things have a habit of turning up in odd places. If someone finds it when out and about they'll probably put Larry somewhere visible as everyone understands the horror of losing a child's favourite toy!

Oh no, hope you find it!!

One of my old mindees had a mawse (mouse) which he took everywhere with him. Thankfully mum had the foresight to buy 5 of them!!

One stayed with me and was tied to the buggy by means of a noose around the little fella's neck. the other four stayed with mum, one got stolen by a seagull (no kidding!), one got lost and as far as I know he still had the last two. When he left here to go off to private school I thankfully handed Mawse back with a smile of relief that I hadnt managed to lose him!!

You could ring customer services at Morrisons and see if larry the lamb is still in stock - they might just send you one.

hi, no none of them, but similar to this one (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260790792466&clk_rvr_id=238196799793), very soft and its more of an upright one rather than it being on all 4's etc.

thank you, don't go out of your way though

My DD's Panda and DS's elephant are under permanent house arrest for that very reason.
