anyone used the discount and not got 10 percent off. my order is £20 but only discount of £1.70

Sometimes some items aren't included in the money off offers?
Was it £20 with the postage because it will only take it off the items.

used the discount last week and my order never arrived...no e mail to cancel or anything....rang them today and they have said that the order never reached the dispatch dept as I had used the code once before and its a once only code...no mention of that anywhere on the website and it accepted the order....so she has agreed on this occassion to allow the discount but said I cant use it again

I had exactly the same happen with my order, they took the money from my account and parcel never came. I emailed them and they also said they never received my order although payment had been made!!! They also said it was because I'd already used the code and due to the mix up agreed to the discount!! I did say to her that the voucher code had been excepted and if it hadn't it should've said voucher code invalid, she did agree with me on that!!:blush:
