Has anyone got a nut allergy child/epipen risk assessment I could look at?

I have a mindee who has a nut allergy, but she doesnt have an epipen just syrup,
luckily she is holidays only :blush:

The RA should cover things like storage of the Epipen in the house and on outings.

You should also have a care plan for the child which talks about everything from what to avoid (food etc) to how to care for the child in an emergency.
