Hi all

I took mindee (22m) to the local park yesterday and the play area was choc-a-block full of quite severely disabled kiddies and their carers. I decided to take him in there to play alongside them, which was fine. He tried to interact with a couple of them, tho was very wary of some of them too (the more noisier/boisterous ones). A girl came over with her carer to say hello (she was unable to speak but was communicating beautifully and lil mindee was all smiles. I got talking to one of the carers who said it was good to introduce 'different' children to able bodied ones from an early age, and I totally agree. I was just wondering tho if this is something I should/could put down as an observation, or just 'one of those things' that happened in the park?

Thanks guys.
