I got confirmation this morning that my variation has been granted :clapping: :clapping: I am really pleased, although the new LO is not starting until January I needed it sorted now as it is for a sibling of a LO I already look after and we are sorting out maternity leave at the moment.
I am well chuffed, I've never had to ask for one before and was a little worried to be honest, but reading everyone else's experiences helped, so thanks. :thumbsup:
