OMG i'm so delighted... I have just sent my first one of these out and had the response back..

the parent is so chuffed with the care I provide I have just cried when I read it.. its sooooo good... I feel like I'm back at school and just got the best report !!...

I want to tell the world... so starting with all you guys...

I would suggest everyone does these forms as the feedback makes you realise just what a good job we do !! :)

That is soooooo weird, I sent some out and got my first one back today saying she was happy with all aspects of care - admittedly it was only tick boxes but still better than a slap in the face :D

But well done to you Delly - you must be very happy.

Anyway off to feed the ducks now.

i do mine once a year and parents are always happy to fill them in, i have never had a parent complain about me yet! :clapping: its worth doing as my inspector was very impressed that i do the questionnaires, and not just when they are coming to me. xx

plus makes the job worthwhile especailly (sp? head full of cold!) after a very long day!! xx

3 of my parents have put lovely comments in my compliments, suggestions and complaints book and the inspector commented on it - it was lovely.

It's great when you get them back, but 1 set of my parents never returns anything (apart from her dd), drives me mad.

That sounds like a good idea. Where do you get the quiestionare from? Or did you make it up? If so what sort of quiestions? Im rubbish at paper work stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got Ofsted coming any day so would be a good idea to make a start on one! x

Well done, it makes you feel appreciated doesn't it.

I did these last month and had some lovely comments, one mum wrote an A4 essay - I didn't realise how much she values me

I must be blind cos I've looked on Bromely and can't find the parent questionnaire. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm not being lazy, I promise, just can't find the thing!
