Very silly question but how do you apply for a variation?

I may take another under five on but would be over my numbers by one for 1 hour!

If you phone OFSTED they will send you a form to fill in. They can also send it to you electronically and you can fill it in and email it back to them.

I am going to have to do the same i have a new parent wants to start and will have a 40 minute overlap once a week. How help full are OFSTED about things like this. I really cant afford to turn a child away who wants 5 mornings just because of 40 minutes once a week
