hello everyone was wondering if anyone can help im registered for 1 under 5 and 2 5-8yrs but ive just had an enquiry for 3 siblings aged 8, 10, 12 is this ok? or will it not be allowed by ofsted im worried as i told lady i had space then didnt understand the over 8 thing properly can anyone help me advise please

i got told that if they r claimin tax credits then u need 2 b on voluntary if not then u r ok 2 mind them - i hope i heard rite as i had 1 8yr old last week :panic:

the ages you describe won't affect your numbers (i.e. you can still have your under 8s as well) as long as it doesn't impact on your ability to care for the younger ones (i.e. under 8). So you will be OK!

i only have 1 under 5 wed,thur,fri notice soon as mum going on maternity so will finish soon and another under 5 variation only all day thurs so thats great.

you are allowed to have older children as well as your numbers, so you can still have the children you currently have plus these children as their ages wont count towards your numbers
