self registration board help plez

hi, ok ive got a spare "Small" notice board n its cork, ive also got name & photo cards for each child now im blank...

would like to make a nice but simple self registration for the mindees eg

im in the house

im ???? not in the house sort of thing....

got coloured paper etc and bluetak but the bluetak wrips the paper every time we try to take the name cards on n off... im not very creative so ideas PLEASE xxx

I have an A4 sheet laminated with 'welcome' in different languages in the middle.

The children stick their photos around it with blu tack when they are here. :D
